Sometimes, I get a food itch that I just can’t quit.  This summer ahi tuna has been one of those. Partially because it takes about 12 seconds to prepare, but mostly because it tastes fresh, amazing and makes me feel like I could be on a tropical island. What to Make for Father’s Day: Flank Steak Korean-Style

I rarely take issue with the timing of a holiday but I have to say… Father’s Day probably is one of the worst. Graduations.  End of school.  Class parties. Beginning of summer.  Too. Much. Happening..
