Summer Dessert: Roasted Plum and Nectarine Crisp

I remember making myself sick from eating too many plums as a young kid. If it weren’t for a distinct memory of the event, I would likely repeat the incident today. The unforgettable juiciness of black and red plums, and their smaller, tarter, and easy-to-eat-far-too-many of them Italian counterparts are still some of my favorite stone fruits.
